November 02, 2004 - 3:11 PM Giblets and Bits If you have a Playstation 2, you absolutely, positively have to get this game called Katamari Damacy. I can't explain why it's so good. It's one of those things, like Tetris, that's deceptively simple and seemingly stupid, but is also happily addictive and fun. The title means "clump of souls" or something like that in Japanese. Also on the games front, the election is ON! I voted for the first time today. It seems like none of you guys watched my show Drawn Together last week, what with the zero calls, emails, responses I've received commenting on how good/bad you thought it was. Well, make sure you watch it this Wednesday at 10:30 PM EST/PST on Comedy Central (except for Soph, who doesn't like this kind of humor). It's a very VERY funny episode. At the premiere party last week, I had much to drink as you may have noticed in the entry that night. We had karaoke set up around midnight, and I got up and sang "Wind Beneath My Wings" in front of at least 40 people. Today, I was scanning through footage from the Confessional Booth that was at the upstairs bar (hardly anyone went in), and I was able to hear my performance in the background. Please, please, PLEASE, if I'm ever drunk and near a karaoke machine, please stop me from singing. It'll save us both much embarrasment. Unless it's a really easy song with a limited note range. Like that "Da da da" song that was in those Volkswagen commercials back in the 90's. There has been talk of ordering up some Maryland Steamed Crabs for Thanksgiving at Nick and LDBL's. There has also been whisperings of a Turducken. That's a Turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken. All boneless. Supposed to be able to feed a whole platoon, if not a regiment, with one solitary turducken. Now Listening To: Election Coverage Now Listening To : Random Thought : Why I so tired?
